5. Account activation

All subscriber registrations are activated immediately after payment confirmation by the payment gateway but latest within 24 hours of the registration.

6. Refunds

Once a subscription payment or payment for counselling services or any other service or product is made, no refund shall be provided.

Such information may be shared only with Govt of India or any other Statutory authority when there is a valid legal requirement/compliance ordered by a court of law or any investigation by law enforcement agencies.

13. This site reserves the right to reject any subscription or purchase of its services at its own discretion. A full refund will be made for such rejected orders.

14. All our transactions are subject to Force Majeure and jurisdiction of Gujarat courts only.
